WARRANTIES
This Limited Warranty applies to any products purchased from Cyber Grill.
The manufacturer warrants Cyber Grill products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of five (5) years from the original purchase date.
The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to provide a replacement part for any part found to be defective. Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on the original dated sales receipt.
This warranty does not include labor charges connected with the determination or replacement of defective parts, or freight charges to ship these parts.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
- This warranty does not cover:
- Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential use for which the product was not intended, such as use in rental or commercial use
- Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or shipping damage
- Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
- The product is resold or traded to another owner
- Normal wear and tear
- Its components, accessories, or fuels not compatible with the unit have been used
- Damages incurred during transportation
- Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
- Theft or loss of the product
- Damage caused by a natural disaster

Cyber Grill offers a free standard USPS shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not currently ship outside of the US.
RETURNS
Within 30 days FREE pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Return your order to us within 30 days of when the order was shipped, and we’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method.All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. A free prepaid return label will be issued for any orders that were shipped within the contiguous United States.All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
REFUNDS
